Irma L. Pasien-Joseph, is the founder of Irma L. Ministry Inc. Born in Haiti on October 30th 1956; her life has been a living testimony of the grace and power of GOD. Being a premature child she was confined to a sealed room for six months after her birth and no one expected her to survive in a time where incubators for babies were nonexistent in the country.
